I PREFER not to play golf when hungry but don’t always need a huge breakfast like the ones served at the Greek owned Chicago area family restaurants. A simple solution is for the club to offer a Continental breakfast with coffee, 100% pure juice in bottles and sweet rolls. It will satisfy one’s appetite until having lunch after the round. For those clubs that allow unaccompanied guest play early on weekday mornings it can be set up in the locker room and charged to the member’s account. For other clubs it might be offered on weekends only. Either way, it is a nice amenity to make available.
