Service: being a good listener

GOOD SERVICE includes being a good listener.  When included in a conversation with the members and the guests it is important not to interrupt them by changing the topic to oneself. This can become aggravating, be perceived as inconsiderate and lessen the service experience; even though well intentioned.

AFTER ALL, it is not about pleasing us but about pleasing the members and the guests.
