Service: donít make excuses

     As hard as we try, something can happen that requires an apology; such as not finishing a task on time or forgetting to do so, not choosing oneís words properly, ruining a pair of shoes or mislocating them.
     The best thing to say is, ďIím sorry.Ē Then do what it takes to make it right.  Especially donít blame another coworker even if it is their fault.  It does not matter.
     Members and guests do not pay for excuses.  They pay for service. It is best not to ruin an apology with an excuse.
