Service: accommodating special requests

     Special requests by members are usually something simple such as wanting their guests assigned a locker near them, preferring Allen Edmondís matching color polish on their Allen Edmondís shoes, requesting a certain brand of deodorant or shampoo/conditioner, keeping a specific beverage in stock just for them or asking to be relocated to a different area in the locker room.
     Accomodating special requests is what makes the club experience sayisfying and paying the dues worthwhile. Purchasing their favorite cologne and placing it in their locker is not asking too much. It is what makes them feel even more special than their special request.
