Staff training: visiting other locker rooms

     There is much truth in the saying, ďItís never too late to learn something new.Ē  Just because you think you have a nice locker room doesnít mean it canít be a lot better. Iíve visited fancy locker rooms with steam, sauna, whirlpool and a massage room but very lacking in sink and shower amenities; let alone the service expected and deserved.
     One way to improvement is to see what other locker rooms in your area have to offer and how they do things. Contact your GM friends and make a time for your staff to visit theirs.  Can even be an annual event like when we used to visit churches at Easter time in my Chicago neighborhod. Either way, it can be inspiritional for all.
