     When hiring a locker room attendant from within the club or from the outside; whether experienced or not; common sense says and good management knows it is important to explain and train in detail what is expected.
     Doing so minimizes an employee from saying , “I didn’t know.” or “No one told me.”  A signed SOP agreement helps eliminate excuses and covers all areas.  For a sample you can print and redo to your liking go to:
