I WISH I still had a full head of hair to brush. However, even if I did I would not use a hair brush after someone else. I remember thinking it was unsanitary back when I was 18 and worked in the locker room at a private country club. 50 years later I still feel the same way.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS INCLUDE putting clean hair brushes separately in plastic bags with a basket for the used ones; providing a new hair brush to any member who uses one, which they can keep in their locker; having a CLEAN RAY ultraviolet hair brush sanitizer by the grooming area. It is also important that the staff maintains cleanliness of the grooming amenities throughout the day, hair brushes included.
