A SUCCESSFUL locker room staff is a team effort, meaning each person gives it their all. When something needs to be done, they don’t leave it for others to do. If towels need to be restocked, it is done. Should grooming amenities need to be replaced, they are replaced. When a sink needs to be cleaned, it is taking care of immediately. There is no saying, “It’s not my job.” Otherwise, it just might not be anymore. Know what I mean? |
