MUCH CAN BE SAID about a club when it has employees with many years of service; such as it is a good place to work, the members like the staff and they in turn maintain a level of performance that keeps them employed.

PRESENTING EACH EMPLOYEE with years of service pins should boost morale, make the staff feel appreciated and show they are respected.

WHEN I RECEIVED my 10 year pin from The Greenbrier it meant a lot to me. Honoring each individual this way is important and adds distinction to the club.
