ALTHOUGH keeping the bathrooms clean throughout the day is not the most appealing job, it has to be done and is part of staff training.
THERE ARE NO EXCUSES for not doing so during slow times in the locker room. When “slammed” it is understandable; but a quick wiping of the sinks, commodes, urinals and the floor should still be a concern with a special effort to do so. In fairness, being understaffed does not help but neither do employees who think it is someone else’s job and shun doing so. Management needs to make it clear who does what and how often. How often can be whenever they need to be cleaned, even if a dozen times a day or more.
