WHEN A CLUB has a job opening for a locker room manager or attendant, I suggest to first consider hiring from within an employee who already knows the members and is well liked by them. It is not essential that the candidate has any locker room experience because he or she can be trained. I believe hiring from within has more advantages than disadvantages when done properly. |
