AT SOME GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUBS a grille room is part of the locker room service offerings. There may be a separate server staff or the locker room staff takes and delivers the orders. Either way it is very important that the employees be prepared ahead of time in order to perform efficiently and without delays. For example, has it ever happened to you that the server did not notice that there was no silverware on the table, even after having delivered your food?
