IT IS NOT EASY FOR EVERYONE to be able to remember names, along with specific details about each person regarding their preferences as a member or guest. A simple yet effective way for an employee to do so is to keep a note file. A friend of mine does so at The Greenbrier Spa and another at a private country club in Arizona. A member and guest note file is not something new, but certainly should be taught as part of staff training because it works. |
