IT SHOULD BE EMPHASIZED to inexperienced employees that they acknowledge the members and guests if unable to immediately service their needs by politely saying, “I’ll be right with you.” This way the employee shows that he or she is aware of them and hopefully reduces their chance of becoming frustrated. EVEN THE SIMPLEST of teaching points should not be overlooked when doing staff training. |
